Children's Haircare Products
There are special considerations when formulating haircare products for children. They need to be very gentle, non-irritating, non-drying and use non-sensitizing essential oils and preservatives. An ideal child-friendly product also needs to be pleasant (and maybe even fun!) to use.
The class provides a range of formulations for simple, child-safe haircare products including:
- Baby-friendly tear-free shampoo, 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash, plus a super fun playdough shampoo – a fun, moldable shampoo and body wash!
- For kids with longer hair, we have created formulations for yummy smelling detangling spray and a light conditioner.
